Sales Training
The sales training includes:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes annually.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes each year.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales classes provided for General Managers biannually, totaling four-and-a-half training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • HVAC tune-up procedural training semiannually
  • Carbon monoxide and heat exchanger inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ twice a year
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty classes as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in additional training through the launch of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc courses to better offer a complete education to our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice a year, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to provide support, tools, and framework for managing a business from the P&L standpoint.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, participate in outbound calling over a one (1) day course. In this course we study HVAC basics, what makes people invest, calling techniques, scripts, customer purchasing indicators, and mastering customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal training given. As needed training conducted by the General Manager and applicable staff in the office.
